The site is located approximately one kilometre away from the Mineralnye Vody International Airport. The site is surrounded by «Mineralnye Vody – Kislovodsk» highway from the east and federal highway «Kavkaz» from the north. Mixed-use complex «Minvody Expo» comprises: • Central core main block, comprising 9 763 sq.m transformable mixed-use hall and linked provision spaces • 4-storey block of Business Center, located on the southern part of the building, comprising conference halls, press-hall, tourist Center meeting rooms on 1st and 2nd floors, offices on the 3rd floor, and guest rooms on the 4th floor. Also advertisement boards and navigation sign schemes are considered in the project. The territory of «Minvody Expo» is divided into following zones: indoors exhibition and congress zone, that includes: exhibition block, business block and linked provision; open-air exhibition zone; outdoors parking area; engineering buildings area. The architectural composition of the building is a united bionic shape, what was dictated by the natural context of the area. Curvilinear, wavy metal roof clad in aluminium profiled Kalzip panels acts as a unifying shell of fa?ade and roof.
