Your profile:
- Professional degree in Architecture or equivalent; licensure or path to licensure in Russia is a plus.
- Minimum +10 years in a design-led practice with demonstrated delivery on medium-to-large commissions.
- Strong concept design, technical resolution, and consultant coordination skills.
- Fluency in Russian and English; clear written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in BIM (Revit or similar), AutoCAD, and presentation tools.
We are looking for a Project Architect (+5 years) to own drawing packages, specifications, and site responses while collaborating closely with senior staff and external engineers.
Your profile:
- Degree in Architecture; minimum +5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on experience across design development and construction documentation.
- Structured workflow, attention to codes, materials, and buildability.
- Comfortable in multidisciplinary teams and under milestone pressure.
- Russian required; English for international projects preferred.
Join our interiors team to develop cohesive spatial concepts, material palettes, and detailing for premium residential and cultural spaces. Minimum professional experience: +7 years.
Your profile:
- Education in Interior Design or Architecture with a strong portfolio; minimum +7 years in a similar role.
- Experience with FF&E coordination, mock-ups, and site supervision.
- Refined visual taste and ability to communicate ideas through drawings and imagery.
- Collaborative mindset with architects, lighting designers, and clients.
- Software: AutoCAD / BIM basics, Adobe Creative Suite.
Support project teams by maintaining model integrity, clash detection workflows, and office BIM standards across concurrent commissions. Minimum hands-on experience: +3 years.
Your profile:
- Minimum +3 years of hands-on Revit production; Navisworks or similar coordination tools.
- Understanding of LOD expectations, templates, and shared parameters.
- Ability to train colleagues and document best practices.
- Background in architecture or engineering; detail-oriented mindset.
- Russian required; English is a plus for template alignment with partner offices.
