Different Perspectives prepared working documentation projects for the first-stage construction works of the Nasledie Residential Complex, which is located on a plot of 2.2 ha. area according to the regeneration project of one of the industrial sites in Moscow. The development of the complex has been undertaken by Gals Development, and construction by Ant Yapı. Housing blocks, varying from 1 to 4-room flat types are conjoined around courtyards. The housing complex with an art-deco style design, includes 482 apartment flats, children recreation center, shops, art gallery, offices, cafes and restaurants.
